Job Description:
At XPO Transport Solutions UK Limited, we're looking for a talented Transport Operations Coordinator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is for our contract based in Bury St Edmunds, covering the Night shift from 21:00 to 06:00, Monday to Friday.

Key Highlights:
• Salary of up to £34,000 plus a 25% Night shift allowance
• 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days
• Access to high street discounts, cycle to work scheme, workplace pension and other perks

Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate transport operations on site and on customer premises to meet both customer and company expectations
• Liaise with line management to ensure the effective use of hire vehicles / subcontractors minimising the cost impact to the business
• Ensure drivers are compliant with the working time directive regulations and that any accidents/incidents are investigated in a timely manner

Requirements:
• Good understanding of fast-paced transport teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Good understanding of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook
