This position involves overseeing the management of damp, mould, and disrepair works within our dedicated Assets department team, ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities and Skills- Coordinate and manage damp, mould, and disrepair works from start to finish, encompassing diagnostics, specifications, procurements, and ongoing monitoring.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate and eliminate damp and mould issues.
- Directly supervise contractor activities, enforcing adherence to necessary regulations.
- Sustain constructive working relationships with contractors, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.
- Systematically record and update CRM system records, reflecting project developments accurately.
- Precisely assess and authorise contractor valuations and claims, aligning with internal protocols.
- Work closely with the Resident Liaison Officer to ensure residents remain informed and engaged throughout the process.
Salary Range:£40,000 - £60,000 per annum

Requirements:Minimum 2 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in social or private residential housing settings.
Education and Certifications:Relevant professional qualifications or equivalent experience.
