Job Overview

We're looking for a seasoned New Product Creation Manager to spearhead the development of innovative physical products from concept to launch.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that meets business objectives and drives growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiency gains throughout the product development lifecycle.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in physical product development, preferably in the health and wellbeing sector.
  • Expertise in CAD 3D design software and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to challenges.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
