Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including managing a team of financial accountants, producing monthly management accounts, and supporting the finance director with future acquisitions and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 4 financial accountants across the company
  • Produce monthly management accounts with accuracy
  • Monthly group consolidation
  • Support the finance director with all future acquisitions and with producing the annual budgets
  • Treasury management, including foreign exchange movement
  • Oversee all financial accounting tasks, including VAT returns and bank reconciliations

Requirements:

  • ACA qualified preferably or ACCA/CIMA qualified
  • Previous experience with tax and consolidation
  • Strong technical accounting and reporting skills
  • Advanced in Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Experience with Xero preferable but not essential
