Office Angels is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our dynamic team. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Front Desk Operations: Answering and redirecting incoming calls, welcoming visitors, and distributing post.
  2. Meeting Coordination: Organising and coordinating meetings, including setting up equipment and stationery for new starters.
  3. Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the executive team, including recording external events and holidays.
  4. Procurement and Utilities: Managing the procurement of office supplies, consumables, and gifts, as well as negotiating and recording utility contracts.
