Job Title: Office Coordinator / Property Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator / Property Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Lounge Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Director, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Manage the referencing process from deal agreement, ensuring all required documents are collected from tenants.
  • Send terms of business to landlords, gather necessary documents, arrange EPCs, safety certificates, check for landlord license requirements, and conduct AML checks.
  • Draft tenancy agreements and ensure final balances are paid before issuing agreements via Docusign.
  • Coordinate key collections, inventories, inspections, and maintain property compliance with certifications (EPCs, gas, electrical, etc.).
  • Track rent payments, follow up on overdue payments, and manage remittances, deducting relevant costs with new software automation in progress.
  • Handle tenant inquiries and day-to-day property management tasks efficiently.
