Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Precedo Healthcare Services.

About the Role:

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting and encouraging children in their daily activities, both within our residential services and in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and Encourage: Provide emotional support and encouragement to children in their daily activities, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Communication Skills: Develop and maintain effective communication with children, families, and colleagues, using verbal and non-verbal skills to build strong relationships.
  • De-escalation Techniques: Utilize de-escalation techniques to manage challenging situations, ensuring the safety and well-being of children and staff.
  • Personal Care: Support children with their personal care needs, promoting independence and dignity.
