About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join our team at Principal People, a leading Construction Consultancy based in Luton, Bedfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will provide on-site health and safety support to a variety of clients and projects across Hertfordshire and surrounding counties.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety, including experience in reviewing risk assessments and method statements, conducting site audits and inspections, and providing health and safety advice. You will also be responsible for carrying out fire risk assessments and environmental audits.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum NEBOSH Construction / General or equivalent qualification, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A company car and mileage allowance are also offered.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is approximately £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, medical insurance, a bonus scheme, and an 8% standard pension.
