About the Team

Our National Audit Resource Team is responsible for the staffing of all audit bookings and ensuring they are completed on time by the right people. We work closely with Audit Managers and regularly communicate with the Regional Audit Managing Partner to ensure the department is highly utilized and makes informed business decisions.

About the Job

Your primary role will be:

  • Responsible for staff planning for the Regional Audit Team by managing our staffing board (Retain)
  • Regular meetings with Managers to discuss staffing challenges will be required
  • Acting as the Exam Training Manager for trainees in the region
  • Working with other departments such as HR and Training to ensure consistency
Role Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • The ability to think outside the box
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • High organizational skills and the ability to prioritize workload

This role is available as a hybrid position, and you can be based out of any of our Central offices (Birmingham, Nottingham, Milton Keynes, Leicester, Cambridge). Some travel to regional offices will be required.
