About the Team

RSM's National Audit Resource Team is responsible for the efficient staffing of all audit bookings, ensuring timely completion by the right personnel. This team works closely with Audit Managers and regularly communicates with the Regional Audit Managing Partner to optimize department utilization and make informed business decisions.

About the Job

The primary role of the Regional Audit Coordinator involves:

  • Managing the staffing board (Retain) for the Regional Audit Team
  • Conducting regular meetings with Managers to discuss staffing challenges
  • Acting as the Exam Training Manager for trainees in the region
  • Collaborating with HR and Training departments to ensure consistency

Work Arrangements

This role is available for hybrid working, with the option to be based in any of RSM's Central offices (Birmingham, Nottingham, Milton Keynes, Leicester, Cambridge). Some travel to regional offices may be required.
