About the Job

The Client Relations Coordinator position at The Portfolio Group offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in tax consultancy services. As a key member of our consultancy team, you will be responsible for managing consultancy cases, liaising with the team, and reporting on completed cases.

Responsibilities
  • Managing consultancy cases, including gathering client information and qualifying leads.
  • Liaising with the consultancy team to ensure deadlines are met and expectations are managed.
  • Reporting on completed cases, including obtaining client reviews to measure satisfaction.
  • Maintaining and updating the VIP master client list and data sheets for accuracy.
  • Providing feedback on consultancy hours used, leveraging CMS system reports.
  • Assisting with general administrative duties, including checking hours and contract statuses.
  • Reviewing consultant availability and assigning work effectively for upcoming weeks.
  • Coordinating with outsourced consultancy firms for tailored client services.
Requirements
  • Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills with an empathetic touch.
  • Customer service experience, ideally in a corporate setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications is preferred.
