About the Role

Carr Gomm is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team in Forth Valley. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex physical and emotional needs to live a life of their choosing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide social support to ensure individuals have a valued role in their community
  • Administer medication to keep individuals safe
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and incontinence care
  • Provide practical support with daily household tasks, such as cooking, shopping, and laundry
