Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Practitioner to join our team in Forth Valley. As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support to individuals with complex physical and emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide social support to ensure individuals have a valued role in their community
  • Administer medication to keep individuals safe and healthy
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and incontinence care
  • Offer practical support with daily household tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience working with individuals with complex needsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
