Senior Product Manager - Actuarial and Risk Management">

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies for the actuarial and risk management domain. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with customers and internal teams to gather and prioritize requirements, breaking down complex business needs into epics and user stories, and managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of product strategies for the actuarial and risk management domain, aligning closely with customer and market needs.
  • Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and external partners to gather and prioritize requirements, creating clear and concise documentation.
  • Break down complex business needs into epics and user stories, facilitating effective communication between business stakeholders and the development team.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring the timely delivery of features and functionality that resonate with our clients in the actuarial and risk management space.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the actuarial and risk management industry, ideally with a business analyst or product management background.
  • Strong understanding of actuarial and risk management platforms such as Risk Agility (WTW), Moses (WTW), MG-Alpha (Milliman), GGY-Axis (Moody's), MetaRisk (Guy Carpenter), Risk Analyzer (Aon), or Prophet (FIS).
  • Hands-on experience with the agile process, including creating epics, stories, and managing backlogs.
  • Expertise in gathering and translating business requirements into actionable product deliverables.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, ensuring that product requirements are clearly defined and effectively communicated.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and lead discussions on product design, functionality, and implementation
