EMC Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled EMC Specialist to join our engineering delivery team at BAE Systems. As an EMC Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the electromagnetic compatibility of our systems.
About the JobIn this role, you will conduct EMC testing, implement mitigation measures, and collaborate with other engineers on EMC-related tasks. You will also provide technical support to project leaders and principal engineers.
Responsibilities:- Design and implement effective EMC solutions
- Develop and maintain EMC test plans and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EMC compliance
We offer a salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave incentive, and flexible working arrangements.
Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in EMC testing and implementation
- Strong knowledge of IT, MS Office, and relevant software
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
