About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Security Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Darktrace. As a key member of our Customer Support team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our customers, ensuring they get the most out of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to support requests in the Darktrace Customer Portal, providing timely and effective solutions to customer issues.
  • Explain software features to customers, helping them maximize the platform's potential and achieve their security goals.
  • Liaise between the development team and customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth and efficient customer deployments.
  • Support the Cyber Technology Specialist team with technical deployment aspects, ensuring seamless integration of our platform with customer systems.
Requirements
  • Proven ability to work with data and analytical tools, with a strong understanding of general networking and cyber security technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Tenacious, driven, and ambitious, with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of cyber security.
  • Experience of support and incident response procedures and practices is an advantage, but not essential.
