About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Agile Transformation Lead to join our team at JP Morgan Chase Bank, National Association. As an Agile Transformation Lead, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of innovation and high performance within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Agile Transformation: Develop and implement short to mid-term operational and transformation plans to achieve product goals in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coach and Mentor Teams: Use advanced communication, facilitation, and presentation skills to manage and influence stakeholders, and coach teams to adopt Lean-Agile practices and methods.
  • Facilitate Agile Events: Facilitate highly effective events and sessions for teams and the organization, such as team-of-teams and teams reviews, retrospectives, workshops, and training.
  • Build Knowledge and Expertise: Continuously build your knowledge and grow the knowledge of the teams and organization with the latest advancements in agility.
  • Partner with Agile Thought Leadership: Partner with agile thought leadership across the organization to solve problems and improve organizational agility.
Requirements
  • Advanced Applied Experience: Advanced applied experience or equivalent expertise in a relevant domain, with a focus on coaching teams and individuals on Lean-Agile practices and approaches, and project management.
  • Agile Delivery Expertise: Display advanced knowledge of agile delivery and multiple agile approaches, including Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), and scaling frameworks, monitoring agility metrics.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
  • Scrum Master and Team Coaching Certifications: Scrum Master and Team Coaching certifications: PSM 2/3, A-CSM, CSP-SM, ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC, ICE-AC.
