We are looking for an exceptional Teacher Aide Lead to join our team at beBee Professionals in Fylde, United Kingdom.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing classrooms during teacher absences and ensuring students stay focused on their assignments.

Job Description:

  • Supervise classrooms in the absence of regular teachers.
  • Implement pre-prepared lesson plans to maintain academic standards.
  • Maintain order in the classroom according to school policies.
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff on student performance.
  • Offer additional support to students when necessary.
  • Create a safe and organized learning environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as required.

Essential Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a school environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to adjust to different classroom settings.
  • A patient and positive attitude towards supporting students.
  • Flexibility to work on short notice when necessary.
  • A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
