About the Job

The successful candidate will have experience of working in care settings, preferably in a residential or nursing home environment. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and families.

You will be expected to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. A flexible approach and willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, is essential.

The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and administering medication. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety procedures, and reporting any concerns or incidents.
