We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Family Assessment and Support Teams in North Yorkshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and developing tailored plans for children and families in need. Collaborating with carers, networks, and professionals, you will provide high-quality social work services that prioritize child safety and well-being.

About the Role

This role requires a minimum of 2 years of post-qualifying experience as a Social Worker. You should have a strong understanding of legislation, practice, and court processes, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop comprehensive plans for children and families in need
  • Work collaboratively with carers, networks, and professionals to ensure effective support
