Business Development Manager

We are seeking an ambitious and independent broker to join our New Business sales team. As a key member of our team, you will identify opportunities to grow our book of commercial and consumer clients through lead generation, cross sales, referrals, social media, and your initiative.
Key Responsibilities:- Market Explorer: Discover new markets, untapped schemes, and opportunities to fuel our business growth.
- Compliance Champion: Stay organized, ensure we always smash compliance benchmarks.
- Insurance Whisperer: Deliver outstanding service by truly understanding our clients' business operations, opportunities, and risks.
- Insurance Pro: Background in Insurance (Commercial preferred, but Personal Lines considered)
- Communication Ace: Confidently advise a CEO, email directors, or chat through your proposal with a sole trader?
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office, Acturis experience is a plus
- Educated: Minimum GCSE grade 5/C Maths and English
