Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth across our portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive sales growth.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activity, client interactions, and business development progress.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong market research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and develop effective business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and sales growth.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage sales activity and client interactions.
