About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Cirencester. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily living needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop daily living skills and support individuals to access their communities for socialization, employment, training, or friendships.
  • Contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans, ensuring that each person's values, preferences, and needs are respected and met.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with individuals, their family members, and external professionals, maintaining confidentiality and dignity at all times.
  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support, including personal care and medication management.
