Job Title: Classroom Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Classroom Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing classes in the absence of regular teaching staff, ensuring students remain engaged with their lessons.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise classes during teacher absence and ensure students remain engaged with set tasks.
  • Manage classroom behaviour, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Support students in their learning, addressing any queries they may have.
  • Provide feedback to teachers on student progress, behaviour, and challenges encountered.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining classroom resources.
