We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Manager to join our Performance and Analytics team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the successful implementation of our Performance Measurement Service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide technical expertise on Performance, Attribution, and Ex-Post Risk to clients, communicating complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Attend and lead client service reviews, discussing KPIs, service issues, project updates, and other relevant topics.
- Coordinate the implementation of new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is executed.
- Participate in new business activity and manage ad-hoc or strategic projects as required.
- Represent P&A UKMEA at meetings, both internally and externally, and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in client service.
- Excellent numerical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
- Highly motivated and adaptable, with a strong team player mentality.
- PC skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Knowledge of performance measurement systems and methodologies, with a degree in a mathematically related subject and/or CFA/CIPM/IMC certification.
