About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Operational Services Coordinator to join our team in Oldham. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality front-of-house services, supporting the efficient and effective delivery of Workspace services.

Job Description
  • As the first point of contact for customers, colleagues, and building users, you will demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and present a welcoming impression to all visitors.
  • You will build strong working relationships with internal and external customers, communicating effectively both verbally and in writing to ensure timely and effective supply of Workspace Management services.
  • Your responsibilities will include reception duties, testing fire alarms, and other building services to ensure compliance with standards and measures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working front-of-house on reception is essential.
  • You will have experience in a customer-focused environment, responding to and resolving queries, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A GCSE Level 5 or equivalent in English & Maths is required.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
