Job Overview: As a Commercial Lending Specialist at ALF Recruit, you will play a critical role in our team, working closely with customers and professional introducers to deliver exceptional service and support.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of lending cases, ensuring timely completion and maintaining regular communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Case management: Managing multiple cases simultaneously, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Communication: Maintaining regular communication with customers, professional introducers, lenders, and other parties.
  • Documentation: Preparing and reviewing relevant documents, including debentures, deeds of parity, and title deeds.
  • Due Diligence: Conducting thorough due diligence, ensuring compliance with lending criteria and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in banking, lending, or commercial finance, preferably in a case processing or management role.
  • Familiarity with commercial finance products and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
