**HR Administrator** - Middleton, Greater Manchester (Home Working 2 Days a Week - 3 days in the office)

We are currently seeking a talented HR Administrator to join our dynamic team in Middleton, Greater Manchester. As an HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and maintaining strong relationships with our employees. This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible working hours and the opportunity to work from home two days a week.

**Responsibilities: Working closely with our HR team, the HR Administrator will be involved in various operational aspects of HR. Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Preparation of documentation for employee relations cases, managing the end-to-end process
- Checking letters for accuracy and completeness
- Scheduling and organising formal meetings, providing updates on outcomes
- Maintaining an up-to-date case tracker
- Generating HR reports
- Providing basic HR advice and support
- Assisting with HR project work
- Collaborating with the HR Manager to coordinate and conclude cases
- Building strong relationships with operational managers and the wider HR team
- Undertaking general HR assistant duties and administrative tasks

**General Requirements**:

- Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanour at all times
- Self-motivated with a willingness to support the team
- Ability to work efficiently using Excel and Outlook
- Willingness to undertake any reasonable duties as required
