Material Planning Specialist

Join Schneider Electric Norge AS as a Material Analyst and take on a challenging role that requires strategic thinking and strong analytical skills. As a key member of our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for defining and updating supply and stock management parameters, ensuring that our plants have the right materials at the right time with the right quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Supply Chain Planning: Define and update supply and stock management parameters to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize stockouts.
- Supplier Management: Manage internal or external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and maintain high-quality standards.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with plant supply chain teams, project managers, and warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Performance Metrics: Measure and analyze key performance indicators, such as supplier service levels, to drive improvement initiatives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in supply chain planning, inventory management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in MS Excel.
