Material Planning Specialist

Join Schneider Electric Norge AS in shaping the future of energy management and automation. We are seeking a highly skilled Material Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Optimization: Define and update supply and stock management parameters to ensure plants have the right material at the right time with the right quality.
- Supplier Management: Manage internal or external suppliers, ensuring logistics parameter alignment with IG & OG suppliers.
- Risk Management: Set strategic stock and escalate to procurement (OG supply) or supply chain planning (IG supply) to manage supply risk.
- Inventory Management: Manage replenishment backlogs, creation, and rescheduling of manufacturing and purchase orders.
- Performance Metrics: Measure supplier service level for intragroup suppliers (ISSR) and outside group suppliers (S-OTD & U-BOL).
- Stock Management: Monitor gross inventory (GIT, RM, WIP, and finished goods) and provide solutions to reduce them and avoid scrapping.
- Collaboration: Close coordination with Plant Supply Chain Team, Project Managers, Warehouse & Logistics Team.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years in similar Supply Chain/planning areas.
- Skills: High-level IT skills, particularly MS Excel.
