Housing and Community Development Lead

Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a neighbourhood and sheltered housing service that meets the needs of our residents. This will involve working closely with the Assistant Director, Housing Management to deliver continuous service improvement, transformation and innovation, and identifying developmental opportunities.
Responsibilities
- To develop and deliver long-term housing strategies and integrated approaches to neighbourhood management.
- To provide line management and strategic direction to managers directly managed and responsible for the services.
- To monitor and analyse statutory KPI's and LPI's and set and monitor appropriate performance targets.
- To be responsible for overall budget management for Neighbourhood services and produce periodic budget monitoring information.
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in housing management and leadership.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Information
The estimated salary range for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a basic salary of £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, plus a bonus of £5,000 - £7,000 per annum.
