Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Colchester. This role will involve working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide intensive support and rehabilitation services for men with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of occupational therapy principles and practices, as well as experience working with individuals with learning disabilities or autism spectrum disorders. They will also have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be flexible in terms of workload.

  • Salary: £36,807 per year
  • Hours: 40 Hours per week

Our team consists of skilled professionals, including nurses, psychologists, occupational therapists, and social workers. We work together to provide comprehensive support and care to individuals with complex needs.

With over 150 Occupational Therapists across the group, you will be part of a large team providing support to each other across the country. You will have the opportunity to participate in service development, contribute to ongoing professional development, and engage with specialist interest groups.
