Job Description

Atrium UK is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to support a large Pharma client in Chester.

This is a 12-month PAYE role, requiring 50% office presence.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of EMEA and UK-wide benefits, with fluency in Italian and Spanish, as well as English.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Benefits administration and analysis for UK and Europe
  • Benefits renewals and enrolment communications
  • Benefits operations and policy development

The successful candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and culturally sensitive, with the ability to navigate complex environments and develop innovative solutions.

Proficiency in Excel, particularly vlookups and pivot tables, and other Microsoft Office applications is essential.
