The successful candidate will have a strong background in early years education and management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and education to young children.

The Nursery is a well-established and well-loved part of our school community, and we are looking for someone who can build on our existing strengths and take us forward in our next exciting journey.

Located in the heart of the Cathedral Close, our Nursery is surrounded by beautiful woodlands and has access to all the school's facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Nursery team to deliver high-quality care and education to young children
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the Nursery's performance and reputation
  • Work closely with the school's leadership team to ensure seamless integration with the wider school community
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in early years education and management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
