Head of Commercial Partnerships and Business Development

We are seeking an experienced Head of Commercial Partnership and Business Development to join our team at KM Education Recruitment Ltd.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales and business development efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners and stakeholders. You will work closely with our senior leadership team to develop and implement our commercial strategy, and will be responsible for managing a team of sales and business development professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations with other organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our partners and stakeholders, including senior leaders, politicians, and business leaders.
- Manage a team of sales and business development professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their targets and delivering results.
- Collaborate with our curriculum and finance teams to develop and implement new programs and services that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, with a track record of driving revenue growth and building successful partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales and business development professionals.
- Knowledge of the education sector and the ability to develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies.
