Job Description

Job Title: Director of Inclusion and Culture

Job Summary:

Adecco is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director of Inclusion and Culture to lead our People and Culture functions. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our organisational culture and ensuring that our people are equipped to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our business objectives and promotes a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Lead People Services: Oversee the delivery of high-quality people services, including HR, talent management, and organisational development.
  • Drive Business Performance: Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business performance and achieve organisational goals.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including trade unions, local authorities, and external advisors.
  • Lead Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion: Develop and implement strategies to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion within our organisation.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record in professional leadership, management, and development of people services and professional functions.
  • Commercial Experience: Experience of working in a commercial environment, including briefing at Board level.
  • Strategic Mindset: A strategic mindset with a focus on delivery and performance.
