**The Position**

As a senior member of the Leadership Team, the Head of Programmes is responsible for leading and driving the day-to-day operational delivery of the C360 programmes of work to ultimately achieve the best standards and outcomes for citizens in Essex. Main areas of responsibility include:
a) Overseeing the Social Prescribing and Essex Family Support Service programmes of work, ensuring quality of work at all times.

b) Managing a proactive and innovative team of staff who are committed to improving the quality of life of local people.

c) Ensuring Key Performance Indicators are met (KPIs).

d) Maintaining and enhancing C360’s position as a market leader in providing VCS infrastructure support services and further developing the strategic work of the organisation through the delivery of the C360 Strategic plan.

- Experience of achieving health and wellbeing outcomes.
- The ability to be a strategic thinker with analytical, business, and problem-solving skills
- Can manage strategic level engagement.
- An awareness of the current health and social care climate.
- The ability to deliver on the strategic demands of a forward-thinking charity, be flexible and adaptable to the needs of our changing environment.
- Strong project and team management experience.
- Great interpersonal skills to work across communities.
- The ability to multi-task within a dynamic, fast paced, and changing environment
- A “can do” attitude with innovative ideas and the ability to oversee the delivery of services on time, efficiently and ensuring a high-quality service at all times.
- Proven knowledge of IT systems/databases.

**What you can expect**:

- A base in Colchester but flexibility is required as the role could take you to various locations within Essex
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time)
