About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Salary Administrator to join our team in Egham. As a key member of our payroll department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll services. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in payroll administration, strong communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include delivering an accurate and efficient payroll service, understanding client requirements and expectations, and ensuring compliance with current PAYE legislation. You will also be responsible for overseeing the daily workflow of the team, leading and supporting the payroll team, and delivering excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver an accurate and efficient payroll service
  • Understand each client's requirements and expectations
  • Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Ensure that payrolls are compliant with current PAYE legislation
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the team
  • Lead and support the payroll team
  • Deliver excellent client service


Requirements:
  • Previous experience in payroll administration
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Decisiveness, confidence, and flexibility to work with a diverse range of customers and colleagues

This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
