We are seeking a Health and Wellbeing Manager to play a crucial role in promoting a positive safety culture at VGC. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of our Safety strategy.
Job DescriptionThis is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to make a real impact in improving health and safety management at VGC.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive safety strategy that aligns with company objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive safety culture.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in health and safety management.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of health and safety policies and procedures.
- Postgraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The annual salary for this position is approximately £70,000, with additional benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme and opportunities for career growth and development.
