Home Health Assistant

About the Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the service user with daily tasks, including moving and handling, personal care, and maintaining clinical needs. You will work closely with the existing care team to deliver exceptional care services and contribute to a positive and supportive environment.
What We Offer
- Salary: £18,500 - £23,000 per annum

- Ongoing support from experienced carers, the Nurse Care Manager, and Registered Manager
Your Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care services that promote independence and enhance the service user's quality of life
- Collaborate with the care team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 6 months' experience in professional care
- Right to work in the UK and possession of correct documentation
- Enhanced DBS check
- Up-to-date CV with full working history
