About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Risk Management Consultant to join our Retail Risk team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team to help ensure the effective management of risk across our business.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills. They will be able to provide expert advice and support to business stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.

As an Enterprise Risk Management Consultant, you will work closely with our business teams to develop and implement risk management strategies that align with our organizational objectives. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of risk assessments and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide expert risk management advice and support to business stakeholders.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in risk management or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we offer a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, and flexible working arrangements.
