Job Title: National Account Manager

LG Electronics UK is seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our Home Entertainment team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for planning and executing account activities to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective product displays, services, and promotional plans to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Formulate and agree product and promotional business plans with customers, aligned to internal targets and KPIs.
  • Negotiate range pricing and promotional opportunities within the account, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
  • Monitor customer performance through accurate forecasting, sales in and sales out information, budgetary control, and general cost management.
  • Work closely with Demand Planning and Sales Admin to ensure timely and smooth delivery of customer orders.
  • Ensure sales forecasts and sales targets are achieved, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in account management, preferably in consumer electronics National Account retail channels.
  • Highly focused and capable of sustaining a fast pace in a dynamic environment.
  • A self-starter, able to work with little or no supervision and direction.
  • Complete finisher, able to drive issues through to a successful customer-focused solution.
  • Good judgement, able to make practical and realistic decisions within scope of responsibility.
  • Proven commercial acumen and ability to achieve commercial objectives.
  • Experience of working within a performance management environment, KPIs, and Service Level Agreements.
