Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team at TPF Recruitment. As a leading recruitment agency for accountancy practices, we are looking for a professional who can provide exceptional accounting services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert accounting services and ensuring timely delivery of financial reports.
- Review and prepare complex financial statements, including accounts consolidations, corporation tax returns, and personal tax returns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support on financial matters.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement financial strategies, including complex corporate and personal tax planning.
- Hold a professional accounting qualification, such as ACA or ACCA, with a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Have a proven track record of working in a mid-tier firm, handling complex and high-value cases.
- Experience in international cases is an asset, but not a prerequisite.
- Be able to report directly to the Directors and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to run meetings with clients and stakeholders.
- Have a strong understanding of corporation tax and VAT regulations.
