Key Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and retail operations, ensuring that company standards are maintained and client expectations are met.
- Supervise the development and performance of employees, ordering of food and supplies, and ensure that customers are satisfied with their experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, increase sales, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure that the contract is fully compliant with company policies and procedures.
- Deliver on the agreed financial budget and run commercially in line with net income and cost targets.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of managing teams and delivering results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety, health and safety, and risk assessments, with the ability to ensure that all standards and procedures are maintained.
