About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Social Justice Change Maker. As a key member of our advocacy team, you will be responsible for driving meaningful change by influencing public policy and building key stakeholder relationships.

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to social justice and a passion for shaping policies that positively impact communities. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement advocacy strategies that advance our mission and influence public policy
  2. Build relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials and policymakers
  3. Identify key policy issues and opportunities for targeted advocacy campaigns
  4. Execute public awareness campaigns that raise the profile of our advocacy issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, Law, or a related field
  • Experience in advocacy, public affairs, or a related role
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Our Benefits Package

  • Estimated salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
  • 25 days annual leave + 4 Privilege days
