Fleet Business Development Manager

Perfect Placement is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fleet Van Business Development Executive to join their fast-growing team in the commercial vehicle sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the leading van brokers in the UK, helping grow their business in the North East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the fleet van customer base.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and conducting market research.
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to meet specific client needs and increase sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that attract new business.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to drive repeat business.
Requirements:
- Possess a solid understanding of fleet vans and commercial vehicles.
- Have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of circa £40,000.
- A car allowance.
- Industry-leading commission - uncapped.
- A Monday to Friday role with no weekends.
