We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in North Wales.
About the Role:
- To oversee the completion of a hotel project in North Wales as a Finishing Site Manager, working with trades and subcontractors to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Responsible for adhering to health and safety guidelines and conducting quality inspections/snagging.
- Manage site inductions and ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- SMSTS certification
- First Aid training
- CSCS Card
Benefits:
As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also be part of a dynamic team and have opportunities for career growth and professional development.
