The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial refurbishment projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating site activities to ensure smooth project execution
  • Managing staff and ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Implementing effective health and safety protocols
  • Assisting in achieving set project targets

Required qualifications and experience include:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager
  • Experience working for main contractors
  • CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness certifications
