Duties:

- Utilise hand tools for various tasks
- Work on roofing projects including repairs and installations
- Carry out carpentry work such as framing and finishing
- Use power tools for cutting, drilling, and shaping materials
- Conduct painting tasks for both interior and exterior surfaces
- Handle electrical tasks including wiring and fixture installations
- Engage in masonry work for building and repairing structures

Experience:

- Proven experience in the trade
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to work on various projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
- Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients

Pay to be discussed and does depend on level of experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Zero hours contract

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
