Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Support Supervisor to join our team at Maxim Facilities Management Ltd.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our cleaning team, ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards. This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Induction and training of staff on equipment, cleaning practices, and use of chemicals.
- Conducting on-site audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Managing stock orders and inventory levels.
- Coordinating holidays and absences within the team.
- Covering for sickness and backfilling as needed.
- Training and developing existing staff members.
Requirements:
- Commercial cleaning experience required.
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Flexible approach to working hours.
- Reliable and hardworking individual.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Hold a full manual driving license.
- Able to work on iPads and laptops.
- Must meet the criteria for an Enhanced DBS check.
